£150.00 security deposit required in case of damage - refunded within 4 weeks of your departure - providing there is no damage!
A deposit of £100.00 plus the security deposit (total £250.00) is required to secure your booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

These rates represent a 20-30% discount off published rates of the main rental companies. Rental costs are inclusive of electricity, air-conditioning/heating, bed linen, towels (not beach towels) and an arrival and departure clean. Mid-stay clean and towel and linen change is included for bookings of 2 weeks or more. We provide a complimentary welcome pack in the villa (water, orange juice, bread, eggs, milk, tea, coffee, etc) for your arrival. Our local management company can arrange any of the following at an extra cost payable by you locally: - The supply of High chairs, cots and any mid holiday cleaning or change of towels/bed linen. Phone calls are free within the resort. Guests have 'resort guest' status and qualify for 50% discounts off golf & tennis. A non refundable deposit of 20% per week's stay is required, the balance payable eight weeks prior to your arrival (plus a security deposit of £150 Sterling).

Changeover day is flexible.We request that you should arrive no earlier than 3pm on arrival day, and depart by 11am on departure day although this may be flexible if the apartment is not occupied on changeover day.
