Property Description
Holiday house in Sutri in the Rome lake district of Lazio Italy. The house/holiday home is perched on the city wall of Sutri, a small village of Etruscan origin just north of Rome,is recommended to visit Rome, Viterbo, the district lakes (Bracciano,Vico and Bolsena) with its beautiful beaches & Etruscan sites. Sutri also offers two golf courses of 18 holes: Olgiata (20 min) and Le Querce /Sutri (10 min). The house, on 2 levels, went through many stages of development with different parts being added on and divided off over time. The result is a charming house with a combination of ancient and original wood-roofs with more traditional furnishing.
The house is approximately 100 sq m and will comfortably accommodate 5/& people.
It has a living room, kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, 1 sofa bedro...
