Prices are in sterling per week, Euros are acceptable. Prices are based on up to four people sharing. Parties of 5 or 6 will incur additional costs. A 25% deposit will be required at time of booking, this can be paid directly into our bank account or by sending a cheque. The remainder will be due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A £200 refundable security / damage waifer will also be required with the final payment. This will be refunded within 28 days of you returning home. (normally within 14 days).

Short breaks are available from November to March. A 2 night break is €170 extra nights at €40 per night. (Excluding Christmas, New Year and Easter).

50% deposit required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks before arrival.

The cottage will, of course, be thoroughly cleaned at the end of your stay, however a €50 cleaning deposit is to be paid with your final balance. This will be returned to you within 7 days of the end of your holiday providing that extra cleaning costs are not entailed.

10% reduction on a two week booking, October-April inclusive. 10% reduction for returning visitors.

Our granddaughter, Daisy aged 18 will gladly baby-sit (€7.50 per hour) or dog-sit (€5 per hour) should you wish to go out for the evening.
