|These individually owned townhouses are situated in a rural, tranquil position enjoying splendid sea and countryside views from their roof terrace and spacious balconies, and are only metres from the large communal swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens.
These traditional houses have either a double and a twin, or two twin bedrooms, plus z bed or sofa-bed, and can sleep a maximum of 5 people. Some owners prefer to retain the original bathrooms/kitchens and still have traditional style furniture. This is reflected in the lower prices. In the current economic climate, these houses represent excellent value for money. They all have English TV or cable TV.

Bedroom one boasts the luxury of an en-suite shower room, and has it's very own private balcony. Bedroom 2 is ideally located adjacent to the family bathroom, and also has a balcony of it's own. The kitchen is well appointed and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Car hire is recommended, and each townhouse has a car port for your use. For those not wishing to drive,we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation.

|There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Carvoeiro, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandera. Centianes beach is approx. 15 minutes walk away.
The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks.
Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is very close by. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses.

This townhouse is lovely. Ideally placed for walking into Carvoeiro with all it's restaurants,shops and bars. The house is very well equipped and beautifully clean. The swimmng pool is close by and can be seen from the terrace which gets the sun all day. We were there on the first chilly night and were provided with a radiator so that we weren't cold for long. This is a traditional villa with all the amenities ,very near the town, some steep steps to contend with ,but you take your time and this becomes part of your daily exercise . Lots of hot water, bath and shower, lovely lounge. One or two little things could be updated but this won't detract from your stay. The position is perfect ,lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. We stayed for ten nights in number 13 ,traditional townhouse and it was fantastic, location was only 5mins walk to centre although it’s on a hill ,with a few stairs to climb. It has a shared pool with lots of sun loungers and umbrellas,some days we had this to ourselves ,with no one reserving beds then leaving for the day ,near the end of the holiday the pool area did get busy. Susan was always there if we needed her ,and Rosa the cleaning lady was fantastic and very helpful. We loved the Colina and we loved Carvoiero. 16 July 2018 - Haggarty family

“The townhouse was lovely, very quirky with the bedrooms downstairs and both with a little balcony. The twin bedroom also had a small shower and toilet which we hadn’t realised. Views over Carvoeiro from the main balcony of the accommodation were wonderful and it was perfectly located - though I should mention there were a lot of steps to reach it (or via a steep hill) so I would not recommend for those not so good on their feet. There was a very helpful manual in the apartment covering everything you could think of both to do with the accommodation and the town. The accommodation is in a brilliant location, a few minutes walk from the town square with bars and restaurants but far enough out to be peaceful. The evening views towards the sea from the balcony are lovely. The pool at the complex is a great size with plenty of beds and umbrellas. The view from villa is amazing - from all rooms. All rooms were extremely clean and very well equipped especially kitchen. Nice terrace and top terrace. We enjoyed 5 nights at Susan’s place. Everything was exact as the photos show. The place was well equipped every thing you need and a very nice pool. Totally spoiled in this beautiful house situated overlooking Carvoeiro. Fantastic amenities throughout a real home from home with private parking for our hire car with use of the communal pool. Local amenities can provide whatever type of holiday you are looking for self catering or eating out. local markets, short drive to supermarkets and plenty of choice for eating out. We (4 people) stayed in the beautiful apartment in Colina Branca. The place offers everything you need (dish washer, washing machine, dryer, soap, towels, coffee machine, plenty of dishes,...) and has two terraces with a spectacular view over Carvoeiro. We really enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace looking at the see. The pool is big and nice but few stairs away. For us it was no problem because we don't mind a little walk. Since the apartments are located on a hill you have to walk a little bit until you are at the beach (5-10 minutes). Communication with Susan is very easy, because she answers fast. If you need anything you get a quick help (for example we couldn't find the hair dryer and she immediately brought us one). Also cleaning once to twice a week is included which is very comfortable. We really recommend the apartment and want to come back to Colina Branca. JUNE 2017
Spotlessly clean, very comfortable stay.
I'm just back from a 9 night stay in Susie's 2 bedroom townhouse in Colina Branca. It was impeccably clean and very comfortable, loads of hot water, towels, sun umbrellas etc for myself, husband, 2 kids and parents. The bedrooms were plenty big for sharing as we had our two children in with us on a pull out bed and cot. The pool area was also spotless and we enjoyed many an afternoon on the well-kept sun loungers. One consideration (not necessarily a negative) is the extremely steep hill from the town up to the townhouses - it is perfectly manageable for any active person but could be a problem if you had mobility issues. Having said that, the house was very close to the beach and main square so was worth it for me (and taxis are very affordable if you didn't have a car)! Would have absolutely no problems in recommending Susie's townhouse and would look forward to staying again in future. JUNE 2017
Lovely house within easy walking distance of the small and vibrant town of Carvoeiro. The view from the house over the town and the sea was lovely. The house itself was a great size and the facilities were excellent, the kids especially liked having WiFi. The shared pool was a short walk from the house and even in peak season never felt crowded. The house was fully cleaned half way through our holiday by a lovely lady. Overall, great accommodation in a great location with great facilities and service. Would definitely return and would recommend to anyone looking for a holiday in this part of the Algarve.

The property description was spot on - well written guidance notes in property which covered every aspect of stay, i.e. whether it places to visit or recommended eating places. Also guides with respect to all appliances within property and how to operate were clear and detailed and all emergency telephone numbers were to hand. No problem with following guide for internet. Property well maintained and clean. Out and about in car visited most places wthin 20 minute radius and had some very nice lunches/evening meals. Only thing that found resort had monopoly on was prices on sun beds at 17 euros - thought very expensive but however only used for one day so not really a problem, Would recommend to friends. 29 June 2016

Very good location geographically for many excursions, but also, more importantly, close to the centre of Carvoeiro , one of the most beautiful seaside resorts of The Algarve. The house is atypical, with very pretty views of the ocean and cliffside houses that make it appear all white, and the solarium on the balcony. We enjoyed the quietness of the environment. Just a point that needs in proving, everything in the tourist information in the house is written in English.
You can rent with confidence. The House is very well equipped with stunning views, especially from the roof terrace. The pool is beautiful with not many people in early July. The village is charming and family-friendly, a change from other cities in the surrounding area and close to the most beautiful beaches of Portugal, in particular "Praia dos Três Irmãos", which for us is the most beautiful. If we return to Portugal, we will return to Colina Branca.
A small development of townhouses, and a perfect choice for a family holiday. We stayed in a 2/3 bedroom townhouse which slept 5 people comfortably. The lounge/dining area was furnished very well in Portuguese style and the patio doors opened onto a very spacious sun terrace which included sun loungers and patio furniture. There was a further rooftop sun terrace which was also very spacious and perfect for fantastic views of Carvoeiro. The kitchen was very well equipped even ice packs in the freezer and cool bag to use. The bedrooms were very comfortable each with small private sun terraces. The communal pool area was superb with lots of sun loungers and sun umbrellas. The village/beach is no more than 10 minutes walk from the complex, and you are made very welcome by the locals in all the cafe bars/shops and restaurants. We had an excellent stay in Carvoeiro, the rental was very clean and very well maintained. The location is very well equipped and has a magnificent view. It is very nice to lunch and dinner on the terrace. The swimming pool of the residence is also very well maintained. No negative point to this location. We were a couple with three children (11 years, 10 years and 20 months) and I recommend this location for families or even friends as the city centre is nearby to go and party. We went regularly on foot to the centre of Carvoeiro for lively evenings (restaurants, pubs, rides for children, shops....) Advice: go for it!

Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive.
The nearest big supermarket to Colina Branca is Intermarche – only 3 or 4 minutes’ drive away. This offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, meats and fish and just about everything else you will need to make your holiday easier. However, there is a small supermarket (and off-licence) just 3 or 4 minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro for all emergency essentials and fresh bread and pastries. Cash point machines and banks are available in Carvoeiro.
