| This fantastic 2 bedroomed house with air conditioning is furnished beautifully and immaculate throughout. The property is single storey with a small private garden and views across the communal garden area to the shared swimming pools and the sea. Approximately 20 minutes walking distance, or 5 mins by car from the bustling little fishing town of Carvoeiro, Clube Golfemar is the perfect base for your holiday on the beautiful Algarve, with local bars, restaurants, tennis courts, supermarkets and beaches only minutes away, in addition to Vale do Milho Golf Course being a few minutes away, and many other Golf Courses within 20 minutes drive. The villa is immaculate throughout, decorated to a high standard and with quality furnishings. The light and airy lounge /dining room is air conditioned with TV and wood burner. Two sets of patio doors lead to the terrace and lawn, offering stunning views. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, both are air conditioned. The Master bedroom also has a safe, doors to the terrace and ensuite bathroom. There is also a separate family shower room. There is a well-appointed kitchen, fully fitted with microwave oven, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine and fridge-freezer. Living Rooms - Spacious sitting room with stereo and TV. Two luxurious 2-seater cream leather sofas, large circular coffee table and wood burning stove. Rectangular wooden dining table with four contemporary fabric and wooden chairs. Hatch through to kitchen. Patio doors lead to the terrace. Kitchen - Fully appointed kitchen with electric cooker, ceramic hob with extractor fan, microwave, large fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Bedrooms - Master en suite bedroom with queen size bed, air conditioning, and access to the terrace and garden. Bedroom 2 with twin beds and air conditioning. Bathroom - The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with basin, WC, and bath with shower over. Also a family shower room with shower, WC and hand basin. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - Bed linen and bath towels are included in rental costs. Maid service included. Guests are responsible for bringing their own beach/pool towels. Leading from the sitting room and master bedroom terraces, the villa has a small private south facing lawned area, bordered by a hedge, overlooking the spacious communal gardens. There is also a roof terrace with panoramic sea views sweeping across from Lagos to Armação de Pêra. Loungers, foam sun mats, a freestanding barbecue and outdoor table with 4 chairs are provided. Car hire is recommended but not essential. For those not wishing to drive, we can arrange transfers from Faro airport to the accommodation. | Carvoeiro is approx. 40 minutes easy drive along the coastal motorway from Faro Airport. Care hire is recommended in order to visit many interesting places. There are supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops a few minutes walk away in the centre of Carvoeiro. The big supermarket, Intermaché, on the road to Lagoa is a few minutes’ drive. The villa is a 4 mins walk to supermarkets, bars, restaurants and shops. Rocha Brava tennis centre is only 250m away. The local town, Carvoeiro, has an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. There are many banks and cash withdrawal machines. Two big water parks (Slide and Splash and Aqualand) are within 10 minutes drive, and Zoo Marine for the whole family within 20 minutes drive. The Algarve Shopping Centre also 20 minutes drive with its great High Street shops and restaurants as well. |

| Great little mini villa ,in a very convenient location. JUNE 2017 Villa spacious, clean and with all home comforts. 3 minutes to pool, with ample sunbeds, pool bar and Lighthouse restaurant. Walking distance to Centianes beach and Rocha Mar restaurant. Short drive to Carvoeiro. Both Susie and Elaine very helpful. Quiet beautiful garden setting with all home comforts. There are some wonderful beaches close by. In addition to the beach at Centianes, within 5 minutes drive are Praia de Marina, Benagil, Caravalho, Albandeira. Carvoeiro beach is approx. 25 minutes walk away. The coastline is spectacular with great views and great cliff walks. Golf The Vale do Milho 9 hole par 3 course is just a short walk away. The Nick Price/David Leadbetter, Pestana Golf Resort (Vale do Pinta and Gramacho) is 10 minutes drive. The Henry Cotton Penina and Alto Club Championship Courses, Salgados Links, Palmares and the new Golf Do Morgardo courses are all within a 20 minutes drive. Discounted green fees and special packages are available on many courses. |
