All this, plus great Snowater amenities, at a bargain price! This vacation property will sleep 6 to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy).
PLEASE NOTE: While this property is not pet-friendly for guests, the property owners do have pets. Persons who are particularly susceptible to pet allergens should take this into consideration and reserve accordingly.
Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property. At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don’t forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

Our office is located at 7463 Mt. Baker Highway, in the town of Maple Falls, 0.5 miles east of mile marker 25. We are on the right side of the road, in a brown building, right next to Mountain Man Coffee. This is where you check in and get keys to your cabin.

IF YOU ARE COMING FROM SEATTLE, WA:
Proceed north on Interstate 5 to exit 255 (Sunset Drive – Mt. Baker Highway) in Bellingham, WA. (approximately 80 miles north of Seattle). At the end of the off ramp, turn right, heading east on Mt Baker Hwy 542 to our office in Maple Falls.
Driving time: approximately 2 hours.
IF YOU ARE COMING FROM VANCOUVER, BC:
Proceed south on Highway 99 to the Canada/USA border. Then take Interstate 5 south to exit 255. (at Bellingham, approx. 20 miles) Turn left at the end of the off ramp and proceed east on Sunset Drive/Mt. Baker Highway, direct to our office.
Driving time: approximately 1 1/2 hours.
IF YOU ARE COMING FROM THE SUMAS BORDER CROSSING:
Take Cherry Street South, turn left on Front Street (SR 547). Continue on SR 547, following signs to SR 542. Just past the Fire Station in Kendall, merge left onto SR 542. Continue on SR 542 until you reach the town of Maple Falls, 0.5 miles east of mile marker 25.

Please note: We do not accept any bookings starting on December 25th or January 1st. Guest making the reservation must be at least 23 years of age. ID required at time of check-in. Guest is required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement. A credit card number is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest/Cardholder shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement. Absolutely no pets are permitted in properties not specifically designated for such purposes. There is a limit of 2 domestic pets per designated pet friendly property. Additional Cleaning Charges will apply if check out procedures are not followed or the property is not left in the same good habitable condition as when the Guest checks in. There is a two night minimum stay requirement during regular periods and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods. All vacation properties are non-smoking. All rates subject to change without notice.
