The remaining occupancy balance must be paid on arrival in cash as no debit or credit facilities exist on the premises. A refundable breakage deposit of R1000.00 will also be requested on day of arrival and refunded on departure date.

The house must be booked for a minimum of a week, but can be booked for say 10 days. After a week the charge is pro rata per night.
We are happy to offer discounted rates on stays of three weeks or more.

The rates are for the house per week, and include bed linen and bath towels, use of the estate facilities (including two pools and tennis courts and a 9 hole golf course) and a cleaner at the end of your stay.

Bookings made over the ‘phone will be held for 10 days, by which time we hope you will have paid your cheque for 20% of the total. Final payment is to arrive 8 weeks before departure.
If the booking is cancelled within:
5-8 weeks of departure, 45% is payable
2-4 weeks of departure, 60% is payable
Less than 2 weeks of departure, 90% is payable

Insurance cover can be obtained from your broker to cover cancellation. If we can re-let we will do so, but we shall retain 25% to cover administration costs.
